are encouraging businesses to merge with foreign companies in order to domicile in the foreign country. The latest to consider it is ‘Burger King’. They’re in talks with ‘Tim Hortons’ and may soon be a Canadian company HQ’d in Ontario.

Tax rates matter. If you keep harming companies, they will simply leave.
