The Shooting at the In-n-Out Burger

Regarding the shooting at the In-n-Out Burger in Idaho.

I’m glad an armed person willing to take action was there. Their numbers are growing, which leads to this:

Many people say that the good Samaritan is at high risk of being shot by law enforcement.

… Cops don’t get a free pass on using bad judgement and shooting the wrong guy. I expect them to be just as observant as us. I demand it. Charging in and shooting anyone with a gun is unacceptable.

If a cop shoots at someone trying to stop a bad guy, he would be shooting indiscriminately. He would just be another mass shooter.

LEO training MUST include RECOGNIZING AND WORKING WITH THE FIRST RESPONDERS who are engaging the bad guys.
