Vote for people who recognize that it is each individual’s responsibility (freedom) to improve his life. The government cannot force improvement upon the population. It has never worked.
Except for repealing existing laws and regulations, every single government action reduces the freedoms of good people in its attempt to control the evils in society.
Trying to prevent evil-doing by imposing oppressive laws on the entire population only results in an oppressed population.
The Bill of Rights, the first ten Amendments to The Constitution, was set apart to prevent a government takeover of the country. Every power not specifically granted to the governments is reserved for The People.

When our freedom is under direct, open assault, will your Rep and Sens risk everything for you? Will they be Sam Adams, Patrick Henrys, George Washingtons? Or will they be appeasers, and negotiate something for their own benefit? Will they be Benedict Arnolds? Will they be champions for the oppressor?
