On October 31, 2006 the Canadian Minister of Finance Flaherty destroyed everyone’s investments in Canadian Royalty Trusts. It was called the Halloween Massacre.
These were tax advantaged investments that reduced the amount of revenue the Canadian government collected from the cash flow from the investments. So, the Canadian government forced all of the Canadian Royalty Trusts to convert to corporations. It didn’t matter to them at all that retirees had invested everything into the CanRoys and were living on the distributions. It is much easier to raise taxes against corporations (evil profit-making corporations) than it is to raise taxes on old people. People vote. Corporations don’t.
The Canadian government did this even though Canada had a revenue surplus at the time.
Socialism.

With a socialist administration in place I think black markets in America will develop in things that have never needed a black market before. And where black markets already exist more people will become users.
I lived in Scotland for three years. Cash was the norm. The black markets in goods, trades, and services was HUGE. I paid cash for everything: rent on my farmhouse, deliveries on coal, milk & bread, and potatoes, clothes alterations, furniture, groceries, etc. I’m sure they all keep two sets of books.
My relatives in Scotland don’t have credit cards or checking / savings accounts.
“We prefer cash,” will become common.
Electronic custom (traceable transactions) will decline.
Trump enabled people and businesses to grow out in the open.
The democrats will put on the shackles.
‘Beat the government’ will grow in America.
Forums of any kind that deal with things not compatible with the new socialist America are being shut down. Any conversations dealing with the 1st Amendment, 2nd Amendment, states rights, wealth redistribution, abortion, health care, etc. get flagged and the owners of the servers who host the forums are being forced to shut them down.
The ability to communicate electronically to the entire nation is being limited to government-approved administrators. Those administrators are authorized to banish anyone without warning based on their political and social positions.
Conservative hosts will soon lose their access to mass media.
The election, the only peaceful way for The People to decide the direction and future of America, was stolen !
It’s worth fighting to set it right – relentless fighting.
This coup effort started in 2016 even before Trump was sworn in.
Now there is a coordinated effort to shut down conservative speech online. Don’t be silenced. Change how you get your message out. Put up posters all over your cities. Pass out leaflets. Write on bridge overpasses. Put up banners. Gather in the town squares. Think about how you can make your opinion public.

When by necessity The People start killing the domestic enemies of The Constitution and The American Way, they will be described as murderers and be charged with terrorist acts. That tells you the kind of courage it took for the colonists to get rid of their oppressors. We will need that kind of courage. “We Mutually Pledge to Each Other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor”.
The shot heard round the world: The Battles of Lexington and Concord, took place when the colonists moved to prevent the British from seizing stockpiles of weapons and powder. The first day of the war was a disaster for the British. Word spread quickly that brave men were confronting the British oppressors. The sound of the gunfire encouraged many to grab their weapons and join the fight. As the redcoats ran the 12 miles back to Boston they were shot at from all sides by colonists hiding behind houses and trees. The colonists were everywhere.
It’s going to happen again. We are everywhere.
No matter the views of the individual Dem candidates, if elected, they will obey the party leaders.
Radical Dems will destroy The American Way. Moderate Dems will not stand in their way.
The incoming Democrat Socialist administration intends to replace our freedom with MORE GOVERNMENT INTRUSION into our businesses and personal lives. The government will bolster its power over us with overlapping layers of control. They will prevent America from ever being great again.
The people coming to power have already shown us how things will go.
Their people are already:

- Banning free speech
- Attempting to control the internet, social media, all mass communication
- Promoting climate fanaticism
- Engaged in leftist control of the edu system
- Indoctrinating the children into socialism
- Promoting illegal immigration and open borders
- Disparaging sovereignty
- Attempting to nationalize health care
- Attempting to connect every issue to health care
- Attempting to connect every part of living with climate change
- Promoting massive regulation of business
- Disparaging wealth
- Promoting the redistribution of wealth
- Disparaging profit
- Promoting global citizenship
- Disparaging Americanism
- Disparaging competition
- Disparaging individual excellence
- Rewriting history
- Disparaging heroes of the past
- Removing symbols of the past
- Dividing us by race and financial situation
- Purposely stifling the economy
- Jailing business owners who want to do business
- Creating mayhem, hiring mayhem
- Disbanding the police
- Releasing criminals
- Destabilizing America
- Encouraging attacks against conservatives
- Shifting government spending and distribution to the federal level to weaken the independence and identities of the states
- Creating overriding federal legislation to preempt states from addressing issues as they see fit
- Openly stating Socialism is their goal.

Roe v. Wade
Blackmun’s opinion was convoluted. The ruling is unlike any other SCOTUS ruling you will ever read. It’s a tortured mess.
There are parts of it that make you think, “Where did THAT come from? A justice actually wrote that? OMG !”
There is no basis for the ruling in the Constitution.
IT CREATED LAW AND ANNOUNCED A RIGHT.
Blackmun’s opinion stands out as overly long and complex, which doesn’t make up for its flaws, it actually points them out. From the moment it was released its flaws were apparent to everyone.
Roe v. Wade’s reversal will be based on the faults within the ruling itself and guided by Rehnquist’s and White’s dissenting opinions. They were right then and they still are.
The policy of Stare Decisis (let the decision stand) does not prevent reversal when the constitutional interpretation of a prior ruling is later understood to be flawed.
Justice Rehnquist noted that the Court “has overruled in whole or part 34 of its previous constitutional decisions”.
It’s the Court’s duty to reverse wrongly decided rulings. “Justices take an oath to uphold the Constitution — not the glosses of their predecessors.”
