Harmless fun vs serious danger. Do school administrators know the difference?

I’m thinking of buying a couple hundred transparent, pink, water pistols and give them away just outside the entrance to the high school. They’ll be ‘loaded’ and come with instructions to squirt every adult they see. We have to teach the adults the difference between play and reality.
