obama, sebelius & co are issuing decrees. The latest one is that the sign up period has been extended to Dec 31st and that the insurers should approve applications as late as Dec 31st so that coverage will be in place on Jan 1st. AND, that even if an application has not been processed, and a premium has not been paid before a claim is submitted, the insurer should cover the cost.
These decrees have no force of law.
The insurers are between a rock and a hard place: to obey the law or do what obama says.
Their lawyers will tell them to obey the law. Not just because it’s the law, but because there is going to be a huge insurance/doctor/hospital clusterf..k and they’ll want to point to the law to defend themselves.

obama & co will do everything they can to deflect blame despite the FACT that the destruction of the system is entirely the fault of the liberals. The vote on obamacare is recorded history.
Expect more decrees that do not have the force of law.

With the current administration creating/controlling the online payment system for obamacare, will the payments be directed to the government for later distribution to the health care system? How does the money flow? How will payments be made? Will the government take a cut when it passes through its hands?
Do you think they someday might try to mandate declaration of where your pay is direct deposited, and where your stock dividends and bond interest is deposited?
Would the government ever try to mandate direct debit of those accounts to pay taxes and premiums?
Just thinking out loud. … But, they do want your money.

Lately, obama has been talking about inequality. He doesn’t mention that an individual’s effort affects the results.
Opportunities: No one’s going to tap you on the shoulder and point them out to you. They’re there if you look. They’re there if you don’t close your mind to them.
Results: That’s up to you. Most will live comfortably without assistance when they sincerely try, and keep trying. Some will absolutely thrive and become wealthy because they work smarter and put more effort into the opportunities that come from constant effort. Some will refuse to look for the opportunities around them, refuse to make the effort to improve their lives, and loudly demand that the inequality be corrected. Relatively few truly need long term assistance due to real disability. And, they try to be as independent as they can.
Effort matters.
The situation you find yourself in now was determined by the decisions you’ve made over a long period of time.

refuse to admit that their solutions involve an infringement of freedom for those who do not want it or need it. Unsuitable health care coverage is being imposed on people who were satisfied with what they had.
There is no wrongdoing in paying as you go, or buying the level of insurance you want. But the proponents dish out punishments to those who do it.
Coercion is their way.
When the government reduces the freedom of one group in order to provide for another, we all lose. They are chipping away at America.
The ‘needs’ of the poor are being used to infringe on America’s freedom. ‘Needs’ do not trump rights.
We must find solutions that don’t harm American freedom.

Enforcing our borders and immigration laws is your duty. You swore an oath to obey the law and enforce it.
You have a choice, to obey the law, or to obey the president and your chain of command and break the law.
If you obey the president, you are not just any lawbreaker, you are endangering the United States of America and aiding its enemies.
Obey the law. Find leadership within your ranks. Organize to ignore illegal orders. Keep a record of who gives them. Eventually, they will be held accountable.
