As it stands now, people who don’t obtain health coverage in a given year (and are not exempt) are subject to a fine of $95 for an individual or 1% of family income, whichever is greater. In 2015, it goes up to $325 per adult, or 2% of family income, whichever is greater.
How exactly will the penalty be collected? According to HealthCare.gov, (the government’s marketplace website), the IRS will hold back the amount of the fee from any future tax refunds. See Section 25 at http://www.irs.gov/uac/Questions-and-Answers-on-the-Individual-Shared-Responsibility-Provision
So, all they can do is wait until you’ve overpaid your taxes and not pay you back.
There are no criminal penalties for not signing up.
The government is counting on the younger, healthier people who don’t place much of a demand on the healthcare system to contribute to the system. But why should they? Many will choose to pay cash for services as they need it. I anticipate that many doctors would actually enjoy payment ON THE SPOT instead of waiting for a tardy payment from an overburdened system. They might even offer a cash discount.
This will have the unintended consequence of huge numbers of younger, healthier people adjusting their withholding so that they slightly underpay their taxes by the end of the year. They will owe a small amount of tax on April 15th.
For a long time the government has enjoyed interest-free loans from people who overpay their taxes. That’s over.

We are in debt to the Chinese by over a $trillion, which we can never repay. obama wants more money. Are these ‘training scenarios’ a condition to loan him more?

Has a Chinese Trojan Horse arrived in Hawaii this week? There, more than anywhere else in America, a few of them can more easily blend into the communities. Have all the soldiers been hand-picked for their fluency in English? Among them will be intelligence officers specially trained to take advantage of the situation. They have an opportunity to meet with their spies in person.
Did you know that our governments have agreed to expand the current system of defense exchanges and joint exercises?
Last year, obama invited Russian “Airborne Assault Forces” to Colorado for similar drills.
obama has ‘more flexibility’ now.

How’s that working for you?
Do you know of an establshment that gives preferential treatment to the senators and representatives that are harming our country? Tell these establishments they will lose your patronage if they continue to serve these people.
Our country is being harmed by people who think they are out of our reach and impervious to our will. Convince them they’re wrong. Make them, and their supporters, pay.
Write the senators and representatives who are destroying your practices and tell them you will no longer treat them.
Insurance companies, ignore the ACA and reinstate the cancelled policies.
We don’t have to play the game.
We have been harmed by our government.

Over the past several years federal agencies have been buying huge amounts of ammunition. Even agencies that have little or no need for ammunition were buying.
They knew that ammo production in America was going to slow to a crawl and started hoarding it.
The last lead-ore smelting operation in America is being forced to shut down. The EPA reduced the allowable emissions from the plant to 1/10th the current standard. America will no longer be able to produce ammo that is 100% ‘made in America’.
And, Secretary of State John Kerry just signed the United Nations Small Arms Treaty.
